The Yaesu FT-991A is my latest toy. HF/UHF/VHF in one “Shack in the Box” fits perfectly to my needs. I’m looking forward to explore C4FM and WIRE-X as well as the shortwaves.
Hit the road Jack! Nearly 50.000 km per year on the road and the TM-D700E was my buddy on each meter in the last 16 years. A Kennwood’s masterpiece of functionality and UI design.
“You can have my car, my wife and the cats. But don’t touch that RIG!” (just kidding) 😉
YAESU FT-530 | ICOM IC-E91 | Anytone D-878UV II PLUS
The Yaesu FT-530 was my fist amateur transceiver. He did a good job for several years and is now used for packet radio.
For portable and digital activities in D-STAR and DMR, I use two ICOM IC-E91 and 2 Anytone D-878UV II PLUS. I love them all. 🙂
